As our items mostly all come from 2nd hand stores, yard sales and estate sales we do not know the environment the item was stored in, so no idea if there is smoke damage or pet dander. Our house is pet friendly, but items are stored in a closed bedroom away from pets. Payment expected within 24 hours of auction end unless other arrangements are made. Items will be carefully packaged and shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.
